Ashley Payne, APRN, CNM, C-EFM reviews your history, medications, past treatment, weight history and goals. Labs, records, telehealth or in-person care may be requested. When treatment is prescribed for tablets or at-home injections, the dispensing pharmacy ships medication to your Florida address.

Tablet and at-home injection programs are available to eligible adults throughout Florida. In-office injection programs are best for women who live in or near Lakeland.

Yes. At-home injection subscriptions renew every 4 weeks; cancel at least 7 calendar days before your next billing date, with no cancellation fees. Tablet memberships renew monthly and in-office memberships every 28 days; cancel at least 5 days before renewal. Stopping medication does not automatically cancel billing.
