Enrollment does not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician must review your health information before medication is prescribed or treatment begins.

Cancellation Policy

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks at your authorized subscription rate.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 calendar days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure cancellation before renewal.
Late Cancellations: Requests submitted fewer than 7 days before renewal may not prevent a charge or a prescription already being processed. If processing has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
Refunds: Prepared, dispensed or shipped prescription medications are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law. Unfulfilled orders are reviewed for refund eligibility.
Dose Adjustments: Dose changes may affect subscription pricing. You will be informed of, and must authorize, any increased subscription price before you are billed.
No Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments for these injectable programs.
How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation request through the Patient Portal or contact our office. Stopping your medication does not automatically cancel recurring billing.
