- Who can be seen by telehealth?
- Patients physically located in Florida at the time of the visit, whose concern can be appropriately evaluated and managed virtually.
- Can you prescribe during a telehealth visit?
- When clinically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy. Some medications require in-person evaluation, labs or monitoring first.
- What if I need labs or imaging?
- Labs, imaging or referrals can be ordered and arranged near you, and results are reviewed together afterward.
- What can't be handled virtually?
- Anything requiring a physical exam, procedure, in-person testing or urgent evaluation. We'll tell you plainly and help arrange the right care.
