Appointments are available in Lakeland for gynecology, well-woman care, birth control, hormone and menopause care, weight management, prenatal care and home birth consultations, plus telehealth visits for eligible patients across Florida.
Florida Medicaid Accepted • Self-Pay & HSA/FSA Options
We are pleased to now accept Florida Medicaid for eligible health services and prenatal care. Florida Medicaid is not accepted for home birth. Coverage depends on Medicaid eligibility, specific health plan participation, and covered benefits. Contact us to verify coverage before your visit. Self-pay options and HSA/FSA payments for eligible services remain available. We are currently out-of-network with Florida Blue / Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, with in-network participation anticipated soon but not yet active. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed.

Pregnancy & Midwifery
Discuss prenatal care, home birth or transfer of care. Fetal non-stress testing ($100 self-pay) is by request only after clinical review.

Contraception counseling in person or by telehealth.
Ultrasound
Ask about limited obstetric ultrasound when appropriate for your care. Diagnostic obstetric ultrasound ($150 self-pay, 9 weeks and beyond) is by request only after clinical review.
Weight Management
Choose tablets, at-home injections or in-office injections, then enroll securely. A prescription is not guaranteed.
